We have utilized the services of The Estates Yard Care for the past five years at our Cott Beverages, Calgary site.
As a food and beverage facility, it is of utmost importance that we maintain a clean and pest free environment around the exterior of our building.
Not only have they provided excellent service for warm weather landscaping, housekeeping and weed removal but have proven to be a valuable resource for tree pruning and removal, landscaping upgrades and weed spraying.
Cold weather snow removal, sidewalk cleaning and spreading of gravel on both our main parking lots and extended sidewalk walking areas ensures the safety of our personnel and vehicles moving about.
In the event of a major snow storm, they extend every resource to clear and cleanup our facility ,ASAP, to allow production and shipping/receiving to stay on schedule.
We will continue to utilize their services for the coming year.

I have had the pleasure of working with Aaron Reiten of the Estates Yard Care for about four years now. Estates Yard Care was the landscaping/snow removal company for a property that I had managed four years ago. Since that time, I have brought Estates Yard Care to maintain a few other condominiums that I look after. I find Aaron to be very pleasant and professional to work with. He is responsive to any situation and always works to find a solution to any problem that is agreeable to both sides. Aaron also provides excellent customer service and so do his employees. They have always been courteous to home owners whether or not those homeowner deserve that courtesy. Aaron tries his best to go above and beyond to maintain the needs of the complexes that he looks after. I am writing this letter as recommendation to hire EYC as your landscaping company. I have known Aaron and his crew for the past 10 months and our Board of Directors and complex have been very happy with their work. Our complex was in the position to hire a new Landscaping/Snowplowing company and EYC provided a very competitive rate and contract that is very accommodating. Over the past winter we were very happy with the snow removal and sanding of our complex. Our spring clean up was done in a timely fashion, leaving our complex neat and clean for the upcoming summer. Aaron has been very helpful to our complex over the past winter and has provided excellent service. He has stuck to our contract and has provided extras when asked upon. Aaron has provided all board members his e-mail and phone number if there is an emergency or we need something done ASAP! Just wanted to let you know that your crew did an excellent job on the spring clean up. I know they worked hard as I saw their faces at the end of the day, very dirty and in particular one young lady who had the biggest dirt smudge across her nose and cheeks. Well done crew. I was so happy to see that the dirt at bases of the trees was loosened and dug up. Again, thanks for the great job!

It has been a pleasure to be associated with Aaron Reiten, the principle owner of” The Estates Yard Care Ltd.”. In my recent capacity as a member of the Board of Directors for Mesa at Crystal Shores, Aaron and I have interacted on many occasions. In my position as Chair of Maintenance, any issues identified were always promptly attended to and our concerns have been addressed in a meaningful and satisfactory manner.
Aaron is considerate of the fact that Board Members are volunteers and has always attended our site to deal in person with problems. He is very personable and has demonstrated he is trustworthy by fulfilling the commitments he has undertaken. Accidental damage caused by his crews at work on our site have always been repaired.
His company schedule is tightly adhered to throughout the year. We have re-negotiated the original contract and last year signed for an extension based on price and service history. I have no doubt that new customers will be equally satisfied by choosing The Estates Yard Care Ltd. to look after their yard care/snow removal interests.

As Treasurer and Board Liaison for the Mesa at Crystal Shores Condominium Corporation, it has been my distinct pleasure over the past three years to work directly with Aaron Reiten and The Estates Yard Care for our all-season landscaping and snow removal needs at Mesa.
Mesa is a fairly large complex, comprising 240 units in 4 residential buildings on a 5-acre landscaped site, so our seasonal needs are many and varied. Aaron and his company continue to fulfill or exceed their contractual obligations at Mesa, and indeed, strive to surpass our expectations in many areas, including cost effectiveness. Aaron and his company also maintain constant contact through e-mail, phone calls and their client intranet site throughout the year, to ensure they respond promptly to any issues at Mesa with solutions that are tailored to our seasonal or changing needs.
In addition, Aaron and his staff have provided expert landscape architectural work where necessary to remedy or control site issues that Mesa has encountered due to shortfalls during initial development. They are also quick to remedy any minor inadvertent damage to curbing, etc., during snow clearing or lawn maintenance operations.
