Q: The snow started to accumulate after 10:00am and no one came to clear the sidewalks. Why?

A: Any snow fall occurring after 10:00am will be cleared the following day.

Q: What happens if it rains on the day that we are supposed to get our property cut?

A: If we can come the next day we will. If the rain continues for more than two days we will wait until the following week to get you back on schedule again.

Q: How does your company handle dog and animal feces?

A: We work around it and inform the property manager of the unit number.
